Aimee is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) specialziing in the psychosomatic effects of complex trauma. 

A board-recognized National Certified Counselor, Aimee holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications and a CACREP-accredited Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health. 

Before embarking on her second career in counseling, Aimee worked extensively in managing development communications and fundraising for a leading healthcare facility in Boston, Massachusetts.

Aimee believes that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Using a person-centered, integrative approach to therapy, Aimee strives to create a safe, comfortable environment for clients to process the deepest waters of their heart (Proverbs 20:5). Aimee’s desire is to walk alongside her clients as they discover the roots of their struggles, and to help guide them from their potential and into their God-given purpose. With great care, Aimee incorporates a holistic approach in treating clients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Aimee moved to the Lowcountry in 2011. She is the proud parent of two young adults and enjoys teaching and leading others toward a life fulfilled in Christ.
